Golden Salami’s range of delicacies have been developed with the health conscious New Zealander in mind.

Salami

Wainui - an Italian style salami made with beef/venison, pork fat, red wine and spices with a mild garlic flavour (Our most popular flavour)
Tata - similar to the Wainui but made with chilli instead of garlic as its main flavour
Clifton - an Italian style salami made with beef/venison, pork fat, brandy and whole peppers
Aorere - a Bulgarian style salami made from beef/venison, spices and red wine (drier & lower fat content than the other salami)

Biersticks

Garlic – a mild treat
Chilli – hot stuff
Sweet Pepper – sweet and delicious
Spicy Beef – low fat jerky stick
